Malibu Pedal

The Old Town Malibu Pedal is a one-person sit-on-top pedal kayak designed for relaxed recreation, family outings, and easy movement in calm water, light surf, or gentle current. Its 3.66 m length, 87.6 cm width, and lively hull shape make it stable, manoeuvrable, and simple to enjoy without needing a paddle for every movement.

The PDL Drive pedal system provides easy forward and reverse movement, keeping your hands free while you cruise, fish, or carry small gear. A rudder system is included to help with steering, and the kayak is built from single-layer polyethylene with a weight of 47.6 kg. The manufacturer lists a total capacity of 163 kg, with up to 113 kg recommended for the paddler and gear.

The adjustable Element Beach seat is breathable, includes a storage pocket, and can be removed from the kayak to use as a beach chair. For gear and everyday convenience, the Malibu Pedal includes a large rear tankwell, bow, centre, and stern hatches, two accessory tracks beside the cockpit, and three flush-mounted rod holders.
