Technical Details:
The system is designed for mounting accessories provided with male adapters on PVC inflatables. Consists of an Fs219 mount and a mounting pad (110 x 110 mm), reinforced with a polyamide washer. The mount comprises a female adapter. Fastened to the pad with four M6*20 DIN 912 screws and M6 DIN 934 nuts. The system is glued on the surface using two-component polyurethane adhesive (not included). The adapter of the fixed accessory is inserted all the way into the mount, the retainer of which is in the open position (UNLOCK), then the retainer is moved to the LOCK position, clamping 7 out of 12 adapter teeth. The mount design provides a protective plug. The main parts are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide, the pad is covered with PVC. The protective plug is made of PVC. Fasteners — of A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel.



Product description:
The FMp224 is a universal mounting system good for equipping any inflatables made of PVC: from a motorboat or RIB to an inflatable kayak, belly boat (float tube) or SUP-board.
It includes an Fs219 accessory mount and a polyamide mounting pad 110 x 110 mm, covered with PVC, which is intended to be glued to the surface of the cylinder. The mount is fastened to the pad with four screws, which makes the structure strong and reliable.
The mount included in the assembly is designed for medium loads, it suits for fixing of spinning rod holders, fish finder plates and transducer arm mounts, action camera monopods, navigation lights, rigging, awnings, trolling stands.
With conversion adapters, which are presented in the BORIKA FASTen® catalog, you can fix in the mount some accessories and devices from other brands ( SCOTTY®, RAM®, RAILBLAZA®, YakAttack®, carp fishing tackles, etc.).
Fixation of the accessory is fast and simple: switch the locking mechanism into the UNLOCK position, insert an adapter all the way into the mount, and move the retainer into the LOCK position. You can rotate accessories in 30° increments.

Tips on using & installation:
The mounting kit is securely glued to the surface of the PVC cylinder with two-component polyurethane adhesive according to the step-by-step instructions and can be used for its intended purpose the day after installation.
To fix accessories with paired adapters (trolling stands, round rails, tables, ladders), install FMp224 systems with a distance between the centers of the mounts, a multiple of 305 mm (305 mm, 610 mm, etc.).
For accessories that require high multidirectional loads (anchor systems, ladders, oarlocks, accessories with extenders, etc.) it is recommended to use a similar set with a larger gluing area (140 x 140 mm), model FMp225.
To prolong the service life of the product, after using it in sea water, rinse it with plenty of fresh water.
