Onboard Folding Ladder (L — 1000 mm)

Technical Details:
This onboard ladder is designed for safe diving and getting out of the water. The folding ladder has three sections, four steps and consists of ten pieces of Ø 32 mm tube, jointed with 27.7° splines, the tilt position of which is fixed with an M6 DIN 934 hex knob nut and M6*60 DIN 933 screws. Equipped with two male adapters shaped as a 12 pointed star, which are located at a distance of 305 mm between centers. The maximum length of the ladder is 1000 mm. The maximum permissible load is 140 kg. The additional El032 section can be installed using spline joints of the last stage of the ladder, where the end plug washers are fixed, using two M6*40 DIN 912 screws and DIN 985 M6 lock-nuts. The tubes are made of anodized aluminium, the main parts are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. Fasteners — of A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel (except for four M6 DIN 934 brass nuts).

The onboard Fl032 folding ladder is a top accessory for divers, underwater hunters and those who like to swim in open waters. It provides comfortable and safe diving and getting out from the water and can be installed aboard on an inflatable boat or RIB. The structure can withstand loads up to 140 kg.
The ladder can be easily fixed in two BORIKA FASTen® mounts pre-installed on the boat and can be easily removed after use.
Thanks to the spline joints the individual configuration of the ladder can be adjusted, maximally repeating the shape of the cylinder. The ladder also can be compactly folded for transportation and storage.
Dimensions in the folded position — 360 x 320 x 135 mm. The maximum length is 1 m.

Tips on using & installation:
The ladder can be complemented with The BORIKA FASTen® El032 extender, which is an additional section that consists of two steps and adds the structure 55 cm.
For installation use the FMp225 mounting systems, designed for increased dynamic loads. Such systems have increased gluing area: 140 x 140 mm.
For fixing of the ladder on board, install two mounting systems with a distance between the centers of the mounts of 305 mm, move the locking mechanisms of the mounts to the UNLOCK position, insert the ladder adapters in them all the way in and move the retainers to the LOCK position.
To prevent the boat from overturning, the ladder should be installed in the stern or bow of the boat or RIB. It is also important to consider the counterweight and not overload the board from which the diving and getting out from the water will be carried out. For example, when you place both the engine and the ladder at the stern of the boat, ensure that there is sufficient counterweight in the bow of it.
To prolong the service life of the product, after using it in sea water, rinse it with plenty of fresh water.
