BORIKA Mounting System for Installation of Accessories on T-Track FFr222

Technical Details:
Designed for mounting accessories provided with a male adapter shaped as a 12 pointed star on T-Tracks. Consists of an Fs219 mount and a pad equipped with 2 metal clamps (32 x 16.5 x 6 mm), fastened with two M6*40 DIN 931 bolts and M6 DIN 934 nuts. The assembly includes a set of caps that protect the clamps from rusting, and a set of caps for installation on the T-Track of FeelFree kayaks. The mount comprises a female adapter. Attached to the pad with four M6*20 DIN 912 screws and M6 DIN 934 nuts. The adapter of the fixed accessory is inserted all the way into the mount, the retainer of which is in the open position (UNLOCK), then the retainer is moved to the LOCK position, clamping 7 out of 12 adapter teeth. The main parts are made of fiberglass-reinforced polyamide. Protective plugs are made of PVC. Fasteners — of A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel (except for two M6 DIN 934 brass nuts).

Includes one Fs219 mount and a mounting pad equipped with two clamps, formed as metal plates with caps that protect them from rusting (when installing on standard T-Tracks), as well as caps that allow you to install the kit on the FeelFree kayak T-Track.
Suits for all the range of BORIKA FASTen® accessories, as well as accessories from other brands ( SCOTTY®, RAM®, RAILBLAZA®, YakAttack®, carp fishing tackles) when using conversion adapters.
The system can be easily moved along the track and fixed in the selected position. The increased pad area (110 x 63 mm) and four attachment points of the mount to the pad make the mounting system resistant to increased loads.
Fixing is fast and simple: after removing the protective plug, switch the locking mechanism into the UNLOCK position, insert the adapter all the way into the mount, and move the retainer into the LOCK position. The accessory can be fixed in any position by rotating the adapter around the axis in 30° increments. The adapter of the accessory fixed in the FFr222 is directed perpendicularly to the track on which the kit is installed.

Tips on using & installation:
Installation does not require using any tools.
Ideal for horizontal mounting on upward-directed T-Tracks of kayaks. In some cases, it can be mounted on a motorboat's track, which is directed inside the aluminium motorboat — the choice of the way you install depends on which accessories you are planning to fix in the mount.
It is important to keep in mind that the reliability of the structure depends not only on the strength of the mount and the pad, but also on the strength of the track. Therefore, it is not recommended using FFr222 for fixing accessories that are expected to be dynamically loaded (for example, spinning rod holders with extenders or and anchor holders paired with anchors weighing over 8 kg).
To prolong the service life of the product, after using it in sea water, rinse it with plenty of fresh water.
